The short version
Lustitude has no accounts and never asks who you are. We count visits with analytics that set no cookies, and we look up your country to choose a player. We do not build profiles, run ad networks or sell data.
Delivering pages
Requests to Lustitude pass through Cloudflare and then our own server. Both see your IP address and browser details, because that is how a page gets back to you.
Analytics
We run our own copy of Plausible Analytics, loaded from lustitude.com under /stats. It records the page, the site that sent you, browser, device type and country, plus two actions: clicking out to a platform and running a search.
It sets no cookies and does not keep your IP address. Visitors are counted with a hash that changes every day, so we see totals, never a person.
Your country
Some streams are blocked in some countries, and the homepage can show who is live near you. For that, the page asks /api/visitor, which reads the two-letter country code Cloudflare adds to your request. Your browser keeps the answer for five minutes; we do not store it.
Platforms
Streams and preview images load straight from the platforms, so their servers see your IP address. When you click out, the platform gets the visit with our affiliate code. What they do with it is up to their own privacy policies. For cookies they may set, see Cookies.
If you write to [email protected], we keep your message and address to deal with it. For takedowns we also keep a record of what was removed and why.
Your rights
Nothing in our analytics points back to you, so there is usually nothing to look up. If you have emailed us, you can ask to see or delete what we kept. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
