We produce nothing
Lustitude does not film, produce, commission or host any of the material it shows. Rooms are broadcast live by Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, CAM4 and CamSoda, and stream straight from the platform's servers.
Who keeps the records
Each platform is responsible for checking the age and identity of its performers before they go live, and for keeping the records that 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 call for. The custodian for any room is named in the compliance statement on that platform's site.
Report a concern
If you think anyone in a room is under 18, report it to the platform first, then send the room link to [email protected]. We take the room off Lustitude as soon as we read it. In the US you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline. Other removals are covered under Takedown requests.
